Yellow and fizzy is about the best I can manage to say about this. Hophead22 (1105), Redlands, by way of Wisconsin,, California, USA

Cal. day and this totally hit the spot. Tastes the way an American lager should. Crisp and clean with a little bite to it, just what I like now and then to clean the palate. | 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Jul 1, 2008 Got to say I am pretty surprised to see this rated so high. It was decent as far as pale lagers go, but its bland. It goes down smooth for sure, but it doesnt have enough depth and is too watery. WAY better than miller lite though thats for sure. Note to self, throw the shat out before you move!!!! The taste was a good old beer, when more beers are trying to out do one and other, this was a good old beer from a good old brewery with good old values. Way to go Dick and Jake. agillespie81 (205), Denver, Colorado, USA
