Beautiful clear copper w a ruby tint. Nice beige head that held fairly well, minimal lace. Aroma is light malt w mild hops. Flavor is on the low end of med bodied, moderately malty w a nice bitterness, a bit sharp & crisp, some tartness, amber malt tasting w a touch of spiciness. Decent bitterness on the finish. This was better than I thought it would be untill it started to warm up a bit. It took on a certain BMC characteristic with a touch of plastic taste. hezron (604), Viroqua, Wisconsin, USA
