Jul 19, 2008 I just had one and drank it right out of the bottle so I could not observe it in a glass. Nice lemon aroma. Big flavor of lemons but the wheat from the Weiss beer was also noted. Good mix of flavors. Very enjoyable on a hot day. I’ll try it again with a glass.

Jul 19, 2008 Cloudy yellow pour. Overwhelming lemon aroma and flavor. Lemonade with some wheat in it. Interesting take, but not a beer. More of a malt beverage.

Jul 16, 2008 Pours a cloudy yellow-gold. Aroma is crisp and lemony. Flavor definitely has a big lemonade flavor. Quite refreshing. I like it.

Jul 15, 2008 12 ounce bottle from Publix. Pours a fizzy, straw-yellow body underneath a minimal 2 cm. white head. Spotty lacing. The odor is strong lemon. Same flavor of lemon, slightly sour and tart in the finish. Not much else going on here. High carbonation and light body. Refreshing, but very unimpressive, though not as bad as I thought the taste would be.

Jul 15, 2008 Another cute Leinie label. Cloudy, dark yellow pour. Nice lemonade aroma, with hints of coriander and a little ammonia. Lite, snappy lemon- malt taste, and is that a little ginger in there too? Pretty fizzy and a little too watery.

Jul 14, 2008 12oz Bottle: Cloudy yellow w/ a small white head. Aroma is of lemonade. Not the overly sweet Kool-Aid type , but the more tart fresh-squeezed type. Flavor isn’t really that impressive. A wheat beer w/ lemon. That is all. BUT, this is an awesome BBQ beer. I picked up a six pack after my initial rating, took it to a BBQ & it was perfect. You could drink it all day in that sort of situation. Way better than your average "Lite" swill...

Jul 13, 2008 I’m a fan of leinies, but this one wasn’t for me. A very fruity taste and aroma, but it was a smooth beer. Too citrusy for me, but others may like it.

Jul 13, 2008 Think Mikes hard lemonade that does not hit you as fast. Makes it more drinkable and better on a hot summer day. Nice aroma and decent lemonade/ ale flavor.
