May 25, 2009 I really did not like this at all. Made it maybe 2 sips. The combination of lager and lemonade was pretty nasty. Some combinations just were not meant to be. I’m not a fan of wheat beers to begin with. It looked nice in the glass when poured and smelled mildly interesting but the taste was horrid.

May 25, 2009 12 oz bottle, drank from the bottle so not sure of color. Aroma is mostly lemonade, with some wheat. Taste is tart lemonade, that’s pretty much mostly what is going on. Crisp smooth mouthfeel. Quenching, overall OK.

May 25, 2009 Color is a hazy yellow with good carbonation and small white head. Aroma is like a lemon meringue pie. Taste like a glass of lemonade. Starting with a light body it goes down with a fizzy feel. Finish is sweet with a big lemonade taste. After taste is clean with the lemon turning a little sour. This is a hard lemonade not a beer. Overall its a nice little thing to drink but has no beer character at all.

May 23, 2009 Pores a cloudy yellow color with a white head. Aroma is wheat and lemonade. Flavor is the same at that’s about all there is to say about this beer.

May 21, 2009 Hmmmm... so this one was interesting. The aroma was that of a generic mass produced wheat beer mixed with lemon cleaning solution. Pours yellow and hazy, the head was nice and fizzy. Mostly cleaning solution with some hints of wheat. Too artificial and chemically for me, like a Mikes Hard Lemonade mixed with beer, I guess that is what it is... it is what it is man... Whatever. More natural would have equaled more better with this one.

May 19, 2009 Decent weiss beir aroma with lemonade undertones. Pours pale and cloudy (unfiltered, I presume?) with a decent head. Drinks very smoothly with a reasonable amount of lemon flavor (not overpowering like Bud Light Lime or Miller Chill). Overall, another good brew from Leinenkugel’s, that would be very satisfying on a hot summer day, although may loose appeal in later months. (Yes, I know they only brew it seasonally, I was just saying)

May 18, 2009 Pours a cloudy yellow with a decent thick white head. Aroma is light of wheat but mostly dominated by a lemon scent, similar to that of Pledge. Flavor is a light sweet wheat with Pledge lemon. Modest density and carbonation. Overall not a bad beer for a summer drinking session but I could see having to switch to another beer every now and then to take a break from the lemon flavor.
