Pours a hazy golden with foamy white head and emitting a grassy, spicy nose. Flavors of wheat. citrus. coriander, and only a hint of yeastiness that I look for in the style. Just OK Big robust breeze of thanks released in your direction Mr. dm9831...

Bottle. Poured hazy orange with thick lasting white head. Faint citrus aroma with a whiff of coriander. A little more coriander in the rather bland and flat flavour. Almost no finish, a bit of hop and that’s it.

This is what I look for in a beer. Fairly strong wheat/barley aroma, accompanied by a thick white head. The flavors of wheat and malts are strongly present, yet the beer is far from overpowering. This beer goes great with a meal. The faint taste of hops comes and goes briskly with each drink. This is my first experience of Leinenkugel’s, but it won’t be my last.

Bottle. Poured an average sized (2 finger), diminishing, soapy white head. Little-to no lacing. Hazy, golden-orange body. Smelled of blueberry and misc. fruit with little to no wheat malt aroma. Fruitiness persisted in the flavor with hints of lemon meringue pie and unidentifiable spices. Kind of a sloppy concoction of flavors and aromas. Some tartness in the flavor. The yeast flavors are regrettably absent. Body is thin with fizzy carbonation and a light bitterness. Overall this beer is ok, but falls slave to the style. The fruitiness is nice, but a little sloppy. A stronger wheat malt flavor and yeast profile would benefit the beer, as would a creamier mouthfeel and/or less carbonation.

I cannot stand this beer. The only thing that will leave you speechless is that it tastes like liquid Fruity Pebbles. I mean, I have nothing against Fruity Pebbles, I just don’t want to drink it out of a bottle when I’m trying to have a beer. I couldn’t finish this because it was just too sweet. The first couple sips are refreshing, and it looks nice when you pour it, but I find no other redeemable qualities. A novelty at best.

12 oz bottle. Pours a very hazy dull yellow body with a one inch fizzy white head that faded rather quickly. The nose is big coriander and citrus peel with bready wheat , lighter notes of yeast and soap. The flavor is very spice driven as well with some orange like citrus and coriander up front. The finish falls a bit flat though, it’s rather watery and has a lingering detergent flavor. Mouthfeel is light and very fizzy with a fairly short finish. This might be a decent intro beer for somebody just getting into Craft beer, but it doesn’t do too much for me.
