Leinenkugels Sunset Wheat

Hazy dark orange in color. Very fruity aroma which carries over into the taste. I like this one but it deosn’t always taste the same. Sometimes I think its too sweet other times its really refreshing. maybe a quality control issue at the brewery.

Cloudy dark orange with a thin white head. Aroma is mostly blueberries with a wheaty body and some citrus. Taste is a lot of fruit blueberries and oranges, but the taste becomes grainy metallic and harsh without much nice smooth wheat.

12 oz bottle from the variety pack that lingers in the basement again. Pours a highly hazed dark yellowish straw, applesauce hued with a big meaty white head. Aromas are wheaty with a dominant orange rind zest and orange fruitiness that is pleasing, and I pick out some raw natural blueberry. Taste is smooth up front, moving to a very light cereal wheatiness and then pushing heavily on orange peels and touches of blueberry that I’m pretty sure are there, atleast the skin. Taste finishes similar, not anywhere close as cloying as I remember. Decent, not a beer I personally take enjoyment in though.

Hazy golden color with a medium off white head. Aroma of citrus with a hint of blueberry and a sweet taste. Mild malty mouth feel with good carbonation and a slightly tart finish.

Aroma is citrus cordial. Appearence is cloudy orange with white head. Flavour is over the top citrus with some coriander coming through. No real bitterness and is more like an orange alco pop rather than a wheat beer.

Foggy gold with a thin white head. Aroma is light citrus, orange, nutmeg, coriander. Taste is an orange extract, light wheat, pretty sharp orange.

Cloudy orange with large white head. Very sweet aroma with loads of spices and peach notes. Citric flavour with yeasty and coriander notes. Not a good wit.

Bottle. Sweet aroma of orange and spices. Hazy orange body, white head. Flavor is orange, somewhat sweet, also with pear. More than a little bit weird.
