iabeerguy (158), Iowa, USA Aug 3, 2009 Not a bad beer but it tasted too artificial for my liking. Golden pour with a white head. Smell of fruit really stands out. Flavor is overly sweet for me but in the summer this isn’t bad to have. OzarkElmo (117), Poplar Bluff, Missouri, USA Aug 1, 2009 Updated: Aug 9, 2009From bottle into S.A. glass. Pours a dark golden color and cloudy with moderate white head. Head mostly diminishes. Aroma of spices and fruit. Wheat, orange, pepper?, lemon, coriander. Good summer wheat beer in my opinion. Easy to drink but not watery at all, very flavorful throughout. Lacing slightly lingers. Good, smooth finish. A good pick as a summer session beer and would work well with guests to a BBQ - Cheers to Leiney! Cletus (5002), Connecticut, USA Jul 29, 2009 Pours a straw color with a white head. Smells of sweet wheat, some earthy hints, peppery. Tastes of citrus and wheat with a spicy finish. celogan (190), Oroville, California, USA Jul 26, 2009 Poured from the bottle the expected cloudy yellow. Had some head that hung around for duration. Some lacing, but not much. Slight fruity nose and moderate carbonation. Decent mouth feel, not too watery. Spicy citrus taste, coriander, orange. No real hop presence, just a slight tad at the finish. A nice refreshing beer for the style and definitely worth having again. justinehrlich (18), New York, USA Jul 24, 2009 This is my favorite pizza beer. Really unique taste, with an orange aftertaste. Normally, I don’t like citrus in my beer, but this one works. jbye4334 (652), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Jul 23, 2009 (draft). Cloudy, dark gold color. Small white head. Light berry aroma. Sweet wheat flavor. Avg duration. Astringent finish. Thin texture. Moderate carbonation. Spare lacing. Drew (2406), Kent, Ohio, USA Jul 22, 2009 Hazy brown/orange, short white head, nice lacing. Aroma is fruity, spices - some nutmeg, which I don’t care for. Body is not very thick, but a nice amount of flavor - wheaty tang, orange juice, spices, an almost ginger bite. Not one of my favorites, but it is refreshing on a hot summer day. beerbill (1918), Laurel, New York, USA Jul 20, 2009 12 oz. bottle that I received as a gift. Pours a cloudy gold with a large linen white head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left zero lace. Aroma is sweet lemon, orange and wheat. The flavor is very similar with sweet lemon, orange, and wheat. The citrus sweetness is a bit too much, and I typically enjoy sweeter beers.
