Leinenkugels Sunset Wheat

Bottled and Draught. Aroma of toasty wheat, banana blueberry muffins. Poured a hazen yellow. Flavor was wheaty, banana, blueberry. Palate was relatively easy drinking. Overall, good for a 1.50 drafts and not too shabby for watching football at home

Flavour/Palate:
Medium bodied , fairly soft palate . Sweet, fruity wheat. Hint of orange flavored chocolate. Not a typical but likeable brew.

A Sim rate (on tap at the Flyng Saucer Houston): Overwhelming aroma of sherbert and lemon. The flavour is similarly too sweet with loads more sherbert. It tastes fizzy, like a fanta orange soda. Not great for a beer.

is that what coriander tastes like? Too much blueberry/orange fruitiness. Initially tasted pretty good, but low carbonation made it too flat by the time I finished

The sun set’s in a rather bland haze on this one. fruit nose with wheat, citrus, and banana sweetness. Some lemon like tartness, and pepper. Creamy on the pallet, but still taste like fruitloops like all other American Wheats.

Hazy straw colored with a thick white head. Aroma of wheat, blueberries, and lemon. Flavor of blueberries and a touch of pepper. As many have stated, the finish screams Fruity Pebbles. Nice mouthfeel, substantial yet silky, with a nice amount of carbonation. Not horrible, but I couldn’t see myself being able to take more than one of these (actually, even one was a challenge).

not being much of a wheat beer fan this beer surprised me. maybe the coriander is what made it. smell of citrus. taste should be be described as trix cereal or fruity pebbles.a little too sweet for me to drink more than one bottle. pretty pour.

Great sweet aroma. East start and finish. very crisp and refreshing. Something more than the orange, but cant place it. low carbonation helps with a very easy drink.
