Jun 16, 2007 Bottle. The aroma hits you hard as soon as you open the bottle. Very fruity... almost artificial tasting. Orangish-hazy color. Doesn’t taste much like beer... more like a fermented juice. Might be nice outside on a hot summer day, but there are better options for that.

Jul 22, 2009 Hazy brown/orange, short white head, nice lacing. Aroma is fruity, spices - some nutmeg, which I don’t care for. Body is not very thick, but a nice amount of flavor - wheaty tang, orange juice, spices, an almost ginger bite. Not one of my favorites, but it is refreshing on a hot summer day.

Oct 12, 2007 Poured from bottle. Aroma was strong floral notes, some wheaty aspects. The flavor was strong floral notes, some American wheat type character to it, followed by faint spicing, grains of paradise? Overall nothing to write home about and I didn’t want more than one for sure!

Aroma – Light aroma. Very light with the hops.
Appearance – Light golden color, clear with a nice head.
Flavor – A decent wheat flavor had some fruity essence to the beer. Nice summer beer.
Palate – What beer Mouthfeel, good texture with a dry finish.
Overall – A great summer beer this was light refreshing and easy to drink.

Oct 28, 2007 Hazy tangerine body. Frothy, pure white head with good retention. Nice looking ribbons of sticky lace. The aroma is like mixed fruit roll-up. Artificial smelling strawberries, apples, oranges and blueberries comprise the bulk of the nose, with drying wheat adding just a touch of contrast. The flavor shows mostly sweet, syrupy fruit, with some dry grains. Thin, watery body with a short, crisp finish. Very "fake" feeling, like its comprised mostly of artificial additives. Similar to Abita Purple Haze on many levels. Drinkable on a hot summer’s day, but that’s about it.

May 22, 2007 Bottle; bought a single. Poured a murky, dull orange yellow. Smallish white head. Interesting aroma of orange, lemons, spice and yeast. Found it way above average for the style; Flavor was a tangy orange/lemon with yeast and spice. Slightly sweet; refreshing. Enjoyable.

Oct 8, 2006 Picked this up for my wife... Cloudy pale yellow with fizzy white head. Moderate carbonation. Aroma is initially apricot, but then becomes more like blueberry. There is also some corrainder spice as well. Flavor is sweet and has a lot of orange and berry flavors with some subtle spice in the background. The finish is tangy orange, but a little thin with some alcohol peaking through. Overall this beer was quite enjoyable (my wife even thought it was pretty good and she doesn’t really like beer!) and another solid brew from good ole Leine’s...
