The flavour is similarly too sweet with loads more sherbert. It tastes fizzy, like a fanta orange soda. Not great for a beer. hopdog (5604), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Aug 2, 2007 Pours a hazy golden bronze with a thin, clingy-lacing white head. Aroma of citrus and berries with some grainy wheat. Body starts with a strange fructose sweetness, some coriander spice and a lot of orange peel. Something is just off here. This isn’t a good American wheat, nor is it a good witbier or hefeweizen. It just tastes sort of artificially citric. Strange... hopscotch (5501), Vero Beach, Florida, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 21, 2006 Bottle... Hazy, pear-colored ale with a small, creamy, white head. Fruity nose... tropical fruits mostly. Not your typical hefeweizen. Odd nose, even for an American wheat, but very nice. No banana or spice. The flavor is tangy, but even more sweet. Fruity, breadsy, perfumey. Light to medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes crisp and lightly tart. Thanks go out to MilkmanDan for bringing the bottle down from Minnesota!
