Sunset Wheat popped up @ the bar I work at to compete with Blue Moon. Fancy "canoe" tap handle that included an orange slice telling everyone, yes you can add fruit to it. I guess SABMiller Lite’s "no fruit in beer man law" does not apply to this brand. Beer itself was half a creamsicle with chalkiness I could not get passed.

Super cloudy orange pour with a nice head. Actually pours quite nice. Clean and sweet; however, a little too sweet. Bread, lemon, some apricot. Pepper, sweet, lemon aroma. Fizzy.

Well, summer is coming and so are the wheats. This pour was clear yellow with white head. Nose was trace yeast and citrus notes. Sweet, ok.

The cut sheet for this beer says it also uses Cascade hops. Pours dense buff color with minimal head. Very perfumey aroma with coriander dominating wheat. Has an air freshener quality to it, though not bad. Very soft mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Big time Froot Loop flavor and little else. Finishes quick. Very artifical in flavor.

Bottle poured into shaker. Hazy orange colour with a thin white head. Aroma was painfully fruity, almost perfume. Flavour was chemically citrus, not the traditional citrus of better wheat ales.

Hazy yellow color with a big white head. Aroma of orange peel, lemon and some spices, but they smell artificial. Tastes like soap, lemon and cardboard. Bad

Bottle. Aroma is citrus. Pours a golden color with a average size white head. Very drinkable, but overall a typical macro-produced beer that’s trying it’s hardest to be a micro brew. It works for the most part and would probably convince less die hard beer people to it’s drinkability.

Very strange beer. No need to add an oragne, it already tastes like fruity pebbles. To some people, thats great, to me, not so great, but i do have to say its very unique.
