INtense but not overpowering taste with a clean finish that lingers. Blue Moon tastes like a watered down version of this Leinenkugel’s Sunset Wheat. You almost don’t need the Orange to get the explosion of Citrus and Coriander. Best description I heard? Fruity Pebbles. OR Blueberries...but I called the brewery, NO BLUEBERRIES! jkaiser (227), Orlando, Florida, USA

Orange and coriander. Yum yum. All year round thank god. A somewhat cloudy golden beer, with a sweetish aroma that’s almost overpowering but not quite. A fruity sort of taste behind the wheat, but nothing like the Berry Weiss because this fruit taste is much more subtle, and seems to come from the hops or the yeast instead of from some sweet fruit juice added. One of my favorite summer beers. justinehrlich (18), New York, USA

However, it’s my summer deck beverage of choice. Strong floral and citrus aroma, but not overly acidic or sweet like a lambic. This is a wheat-beer, so it’s got the yeasty unfilteredness, but still goes down crisp in the hot sun. Cybercat (823), Georgia, USA

Color is warmly golden and somewhat cloudy. Flavor is rich, rather malty with strong orange tone, rather sweet but not cloying, just a whisper of smokiness. It has a nice thick feel that I do not often find in wheat beers, and leaves a pleasant and satisfying aftertaste. Better than what I expected! jebert (124), Watertown, Wisconsin, USA

I was very pleasantly surprised! This is a very enjoyable beer, especially on a summer’s day/eve when you want something a little lighter and refreshing. Once poured, it left a nice white head over the cloudy straw hued haze that typifies most wheat beers. The aroma was most pleasing with notes of orange, tangerine and lemon-lime. The mouthfeel was soft, mellow, smooth, creamy and nice carbonated. The light citrus flavor was very mild and not at all bitter. Highly recommended.
