Nice hazy yellow coloured, lots of carbonation and a huge creamy white head. Fruity herby grainy beer, full palate, some malts. Finish is fruity, little bitter. Rather good one.

Dark yellow colored, medium sized white head. Not very "amber" for my eyes... Spicy aroma with obvious lemon, some grassy yeast also there. Medium bodied. Flavor is also spicy with lemony yeast, aftertaste is dry with dominating yeast. Slightly too thin bodied, basic Belgian.

Bottle... Cloudy, straw-colored ale with a huge, rocky, white head. Excellent retention. Breadsy nose with clove phenols and some acidic, yeasty notes. Sweet, tangy flavor. Fruity and spicy. Decently bittered and tart. Medium-bodied and velvety with restrained carbonation. Finishes sweet and fruity, then dries out. Kudos to jimbowood for shipping this big bottle my way!

Pours a cloudy straw color with a nice big white head. Smells of coriander, cinnamon, sugar, dough, sweet citrus. Taste is sweet with bananas, sweet fruit, some coriander, and orangey. Palate is full and enjoyable. Some underlying nuttiness appears on the finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle - corked and caged from the Michael Jackson Rare Beer Club. Pours a hazy gold with a tall fizzy, rapidly receding, white head. Nose smacks of wheat, lemony notes, light yeast, and faint spices. Taste is sweet malts, wheat, light lemon notes, and faint spices. Yeast notes throughout this one as well. Body is light with extremely effervescent carbonation. Very bubbly and active. Light dryness towards the end. Finishes with more spices, sweet malts, wheat, yeast and light lemony notes. I really enjoyed this one!

750 ml cork and cage bottle. Unfiltered and hazy golden copper hue. Thick activated bright white head. Aromas of citrus and corriander and orange from the yeasty head. Other olfactory observatios include a grassy, grainy wheaty aroma. A subtle mustiness. And a hint of cinnamon bread mixed with a peppery spice. Lively and full and thick from the dead yeast cells. Zesty and crisp. Nice and spicy. Wonderful example of a wit. As it warms, the edges become smoother and the beers rounds out its palate. Very well done!

This was excellent. The buckwheat gives it a sturdy, different, backbone of hearty grain. A lemony, fruity thread keeps it all clean and refreshing. Drink no colder than cool, it really opens up.

(Bottle 25 cl) Courtesy of henrikb. Unclear golden with a handsome, dense, shaving foam style head. Sweetish fruity - exotic fruit accents of both pineapple and mango. Medium body with sweet malt and fruit and without much bitterness. Decent all right. 181106
