An unclear orange beer with a thick fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet spicy with a light note of phenol. The flavor is sweet malty combined with strong notes of fruit and hints of phenol. I wonder if the phenol is a yeast flaw?

Bottled, June 07, Blind tasting session, 3.1: Sweet lemon aroma. Pale yellow color, hazy, white head, fair lace. Pretty neutral start but gets sweeter and more bitter. Light citrus, light hops. Light bodied. Bottled, Nov. 06, 2.5: Sweet dough and light fruity aroma. Hazy, light amber color, off-white head, good lace. Sweet, sourish, light bitter, strong dough and fruity mainly.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish orange colour with big tight creamy head. Aroma is fruits, yeast and spices. A bit earthy touch also. Flavour is sweet wheaty and a bit sourish acidic. Some vegetably notes. Biting carbonation. Sour and bitter fruits in aftertaste. Too much carbonation to be pleasantly drinkable.

Bottled 25cl (LOT 2/2006). Hazy pale orange, decent firm white head. Fruity, sugary-honey and yeasty nose. Wheaty, sourish, very bio beer feeling here, like potato flour added here - maybe that’s sarrasin. Citric bitter aftertaste. Quite special, but not very drinkable.

cloudy bright orange colour with some impurities floating within; fine white head; aroma of grapefruit, yeast, candi sugar and honey; medium-bodied and a creamy mouthfeel, some late bitterness/acidity before a dusty, yeasty finish where notes of apples appear - unexciting

Amber colour, white head. Strong hoppy aroma with yeast, floral, coriander, dried fruits, light apple. Hoppy flavour, light bitter and spicy. Not too complex.
