25cL bottle pours a hazy pale tellow with thick white head that fades pretty quickly. Nose is a touch grainy but mostly lemony, even a bit sour like freshly squeezed. Flavor has a nice light sourness to it, and a mild bitterness that perhaps sticks out too much in the profile. Lemony, grainy aromatic backdrop. Maybe I’m naïve but I think any spiciness here is coming from the yeast. Lively and a bit dry. Very refreshing, although that bitterness still sticks a bit in the end. Overall an interesting quencher. Good Belgian lawnmower beer.

Bottle 25cl. Pours a murky light shade of yellow/gold, good size head, but didn’t last too long. Smells gives away yeast and a little bit of lemon. Taste is rather obvious and not too complex, nonetheless very nice, also it’s smooth and has the taste of the spelt in it. Nice smooth beer, goes down well.

On tap at Bier Passie Weekend, Antwerpen. Cloudy, very pale yellow with a thick white head. Fruity and spicy aroma. Nice perfumey, sweet, yet balanced wheat taste, quite spicy. Drier towards the finish. Refreshing and different.

Big white lasting head. Muddy whitish opaque yellow body. Spicy mealy peppery aroma with fruity alcoholic aroma. Dry yeasty fruity spicy taste with wheaty notes. Dry empty aftertaste. A strange beer, like a yeasty trippel. (0.25l bottle from gr0ve.)

250 ml bottle. Cloudy white golden colour. Tall coarse white head that clings to the glass. Yeasty aroma with wheaty notes. Characteristic Belgian yeast. Spicy. Very high carbonation level. Smooth texture with lots of wheat (spelt, obviously). Hops are not really detectable, except perhaps upfront in which there is some bitterness. Reminds me of a mix of a tripel and a wit. Quite nice.
