Bottle 0,25l. Bright golden colored. Very carbonated: Overflow! A rapidly disappearing white head. Spicy aroma. Flavor of spice and fruit. Peaches. Leaves you with a dry bitter aftertaste. Unclear last pour.

Bottle, at ZBF 2006. Cloudy lemon gold, thin short white head and moderate condition. Pleasant sweet and spicy yeastiness with hints of wheat in the nose, quite restrained in the mouth but still sweet and spicy, brief warming spiciness in the finish.

250ml bottle Witte Spelt. Pours an unclear, straw coloured body topped by a solid, rocky crest of foam. Fragrance of fresh wheat and fruits. Sweet, late banana in flavour mixed with a spicy touch and notes of yeast. Dry and foamy palate. Lively carbonated (26.11.2007).

250 ml bottle (alias Leireken Witte Spelt) Hazy pale greyish yellow colored body. Rocky lasting white head. Smells banana, bubblegum and lemonade. Scents of medicine and wet towels. Taste is dry grainy with some sour notes. Modest hopbitterness. Slim body. Sourish end. Not a favorite.
