(Bottle 25 cl) Courtesy of henrikb. A golden beer with tiny, stale impurities and a creamy, white head. Somewhat fat hop aroma. Medium body with fruity accents and a somewhat unclean malt profile. Hoppy finish. Not overly pleasant. 181106

An unclear light yellow beer with gunk floating around under a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty combined with a light note of citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast and wheat, leading to a dry wheaty end, that also has a bit of acidity from the wheat.

very cloudy orange colour with a very very foamy head (it took me 10 minutes to pour it entirely); strong perfumy aroma, citrusy, peppery, grapefruity notes; overcarbonated, tart and harsh, astringent; dry and slightly bitter finish which falls short and shows notes of wort - hard to drink and really dubious

Bottled. Starts bubblying over the top of the bottle when opened. Hazy yellow colour, foamy and big-bubbled huge head. Foams a lot when poured. Aroma is fruity, earthy and quite vegetablyish and grassy. Flavour is spices, slight yeast, wheat and fruits. the "Hefeweizen on steroids" sayravai mentions does actually fit in quite well on this one. Much carbonation, otherwise a very nice beer.

(Bottled) Very hazy yellow color with a huge, foamy and big-bubbled head. Very strongly fruity-esthery, sweet aroma with banana, (straw)berries, spices, and - I guess - spelt. Some acidic sourness, too. Quite sharp and original flavor - like Hefeweizen on steroids. Some acidity and yeast, lots of fruit, bitterness, lemon, pepper. Medium-bodied, foamy-carbonated, neutral palate. An interesting, yet quite pleasant brew. Clearly sharper than regular wheat beers.

Bottled 25cl (BBE 2006). Hazy orange-yellow color, huge Duvel-like cloudy head. Nose is a bit smokey and metallic, there is wheaty (leather, banana) and fruity sweet aroma like in hefeweizen. Very carbonated mouthfeel. A bit spicey, sweetish with banana flavors. Dry aftertaste. I would say this is wheat beer if not knowing that spelt has been used.

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Fruity yeasty aroma with some spicy hints. Flavor of yeast some fruitiness and hints of spices. A bit thin but an okay beer.
