iowaherkeye (1832), Bakersfield, California, USA Oct 7, 2009 On tap @ the brewpub. Pale clear yellow with a minimal white head, no retention. Little aroma, though I can pick up on some bready malts, light kilned grain, and a tinge of fruity yeast. Flavor is much the same with what I imagine is some CA ale yeast. Bitternesspeaks at a 1 1/2. Light to moderate prickly carbonation with a light watery body. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Aug 9, 2009
