| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 19, 2009 Toronto new brewpub. Aroma that is wheaty, yeasty and also funky. Initially sourish wheat in mouthfeel, that is well malted. Some flavour, better as it warms. This beer is lacey. An ordinary wheat in the end, that is drinkable. Medium mouthfeel. As this brewpub is a step up, just that, from standard macro offerings, it is malted down to make a transition.
