Clear peach-amber-yellow color, good cloudy head, lace. Aroma of dry hops, crispbread and wood. Sweetish malty with almost pilsner-like malt base, peppery with gentle bitter hops. Warming alcohol finish. Nice tickling hoppyness in the aftertaste together with balancing sweeter flavors. Aroma was not promising, but flavourwise enjoyable and extremely balanced. Pours a mostly clear golden with a nice fropthy white head, and left wierd spiderweb delicate lace on the glass. Aroma is phenolic to the point where it is almost cleanser-like, with some harsh notes, very green overall with some yeasty character. Flavor is fairly bitter, herbal hops and floral notes- crackery pils (slightly old) malts, ligth dough, and some herbal flowery spices- hints of hibiscus flower. Finish is dry and clean with some lingering bitterness. i had this 2x- the first was real nice, the second time I wasnt really liking it that much.
