Bottled at RBESG 2007. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw, brewing cereal, and a light note of metal. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and brewing cereal.

bottled, rbesg07. quite a pale shade of golden with a wispy head, deodorant aroma, some vanilla essence and soggy weet bix flavour, not much to balance the pronounced artificial sweetness

Bottle (750ml). Shared with chris o, mes and sim, harrisoni, reakt and duff - via harrisoni. Murky very light yellow pour with a huge fluffy white head - for some reason this one scared me a little. Very dry, lightly funky aroma, peppery yeast, some dried wildflower hops. The taste was actually pretty decent, lemony, dry, mildly funky with dry floral hop bitterness keeping it in check. Light and sour on the palate, thin and unsatisfying - tastes fairly nice, but I didn’t like the aroma much.

Bottle, RBESG 07. Rather typical Biere de Garde, soft and round with a sourish edge. Sweet, brewed with added glucose syrup. Not my cup of tea.

Bottled at RBESG ’07. Clear golden. Sweet and buttery with clean mouthfeel and some syrup. Simple ,fruity and lager-like. Low bitterness. Provides nothing that I can enjoy.
