Pitch black, big bubbly tan head, I’m not sure how it could look any better! Really nice aroma - strong sweet roast. Rich full body. Great taste - rich roast, lots of chocolate, lots of alcohol. Brune rougeatre très foncée, petit collet beige que persiste. Arome de cacao cafiné doucement roti et de pain grillé avec un peu de Nutella. Dégusté dans un verre trappiste de chimay. Apparence noir extrêmement noir sans effervescence avec une belle mousse brune qui colle à la parois. Odeur de chocolat, de fumé, de raisin, de date, de canneberge avec une touche de vanille et de mélasse sans oublier le sirop d’érable.
