In short: A watery flavourless diluted witbier/weizen. Not offensive but VERY boring
How: (post-mortem rating from my enormous backlog) Bottle 341ml, consumed fresh many months ago.
The look: Clear light yellow body topped by a very short lived white head
In long: Nose is shy, very shy. Body is watery. Light taste of bananas and lemony tartness. Nothing offensive, a little girly flavourless beer for those who want to venture beyond (but not too far) from the North-American macros. That’s all there is to it really. Or more appropriately that’s all there WAS to it. I just noticed it was retired so I went through my backlog for post-mortem purposes. That’s the type of person I am, talking shit when the subject of my resentment is not around anymore. Bouteille de 341 ml. La bière est de couleur or-soleil et possède une belle mousse qui reste. Au nez on découvre des arômes de coriandre, de levure et de blé. En bouche le corps est mince et la bière a une texture pétillante. Les saveurs sont la coriandre, le citron et la levure. La finale est légèrement âcre.

341ml bottle. thanks to toncatcher for the extra. pours watery, slightly hazy straw color with small soapy white head. nose has lots of cereal and rice notes. flavor is grainy, some lemon and citrus, watery body. okay but just not enjoyable.

Bouteille brune de 331 ml. Nez discret de céréales. Robe dorée. Goût de céréales avec une présence d’agrumes. Arrière-goût fruité et léger. Bien réalisé, mais peu de caractère.

Bottle. Yellow collar with a medium head. Aroma of malt and agrumes. Taste fruit (citrus, orange, apple) with a hint of spice. Finish is smooth. Better than expected. Would recommand!

bouteille brune de 341ml. couleur jaune-blanchâtre fade un peu. je ne la trouve pas kristall. nez agréable d’agrume, un peu de blé. bouche agréable, épicée, il manque un petit quelque chose pour quelle soit parfaite. la longueur y est.

Blonde un peu terne. Arômes de blé et de levures. En bouche, c’est très simple, rafraichissant. correct. On distingue à peine d’apport du blé
