Bottle. Yellow collar with a medium head. Aroma of malt and agrumes. Taste fruit (citrus, orange, apple) with a hint of spice. Finish is smooth. Better than expected. Would recommand!

[bottle] Very cloudy (kristall?), dark yellow with sparse white wisps and a tiny--maybe I shouldn’t have inverted the bottle... Sour clove aroma with a tiny bit of lemony banana and a touch of caramel. Musty malt flavour with gentle cloves and surprising bitterness. This beer is out of balance it either needs less bitterness to make it a refreshing drink or more residual sweetnes to make it a bigger beer. Further along in the bottle, the bitterness becomes less perceptible and the flavour begins to come out, revealing some sour wheat character. Light body with a clean finish. What begain too bitter became a pleasant experience after halfway through the bottle.

Bouteille de 341 ml. Jaune claire peu brumeuse, beaucoup de bulle, moyen collet. Arome de blé assé doux. Le goût de blé, de citron et un soupson de banane n’est pas trop fort, assé rafréchissant.

Bright yellow color, shy foamy white head, wheat, fruity of apple, hint of banana aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with fruity note of apple, spicy cinnamon, wheat, good acidity in a soft hop character finish.

Bottle: Poured a pale bright golden yellow color weizen with a big foamy head with very good retention. Aroma of banana and ester is quite affirmative and enjoyable. Taste is very refreshing with clean crisp taste of wheat with some banana and subtle touch of citrus. Body is above average for style and I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised because I wan’t expecting much from this one.

Bottle: Pours a milky pale straw wheat ale with a reasonable puffy white cap in my glass. Lively effervessense, thick lacing on the glass. Aromas of swetness ( bubblegum)spices ( clove/cinnamon) and friuts ( Banana/apricot) good nose to this one even though it is almost subtle. Creamy mouth feel, substantive wheat malts, dry spicey character, light bodied. Sweet malts in the front are quickly balanced with sour fruit tastes, midway there are spice and truit tones ( banana/clove) then the finish is clean and dry as the wheat and citrus tartness give an almost puckering dry finish. Flavor profile almost mimicks Magnotta wunderweiss except this has more tart citrus notes to it...a very drinkable and thirst busting domestic Weizen. All the requiste flavor traits of the traditional version but slightly subtle... One of the reasons this brewer is my favorite Quebec brewer .

341ml brown bottle. Intense lemon yellow. Head is dense, soft and creamy. Slight haze to it. Zesty acidy lemon scent, bubblegum notes. Banana flavours, some lemon an yeast as well. Creamy texture, soft carbonation. Bit of a citrus zing to the finish.
