Bottle. Pours a clear golden body with a medium rocky white head. The aroma is doughy - clean hay-like malts with grassy typical hops. Crisp hay flavour, again including grassy bitterness throughout. Pleasant carbonation. Pretty tasty.

Bottle (341ml). Via trade with Viper666. Slightly oily-looking clear bright gold with a large sticky/frothy white head, beauty lacing. Very mild aroma, slightly soapy, mild green herbal/floral hops, slightly grainy. Taste - whoa, that’s GREAT! Toasty malt, fresh oats and other cereal grain, very fresh hop character and I can’t say what variety, but pungent, herbal, decent acidity. Nutty, chewy mouthfeel, softly astringent and acidic, slow smooth finish - really, really good pils, quite unusual.

Si belle, si attrayante, mais mon Dieu que décevante, mais enfin c’est mieux que rien.

A pils with balls! Aclassy golden pils with a thin creamy white head. Fairly English hops profile, with pungenat notes. In mouth, a more czech rendition of a pils, with nice assertive hops, biscuit malt, very crisp and dry. Medium bodied. An excellent offering. Bottle from Joanette.

Bottle 341 ml, 2007.
Clear, rich golden with good sized white head. Light tan and large bubbles around.3+
Light, sweet aroma with gentle grassy notes. Sweet pale malts, mineral hoppy behind.
Soft bodied, gentle sweet malt work, biscuit, cookie like. Light green grassy hops with herbal hints do well balancing. Pleasant soft pils. I wish my bottle was crisper and beer it self more assertive.

Golden. Nice gentle sparkle. Very spicy, fruity hops...unique. Crisp, lingering bitterness. Herbal, minty hop character. Very dry. The body is light, but more like a lighter Bohemian pils than a North German one. The hops - did they use the homegrown in the production batch because they’re really unique in the herb/spice they lend. Nice balance.

Bottle - 341ml. Limpid golden body topped with a nice, thick white foamy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with malty, herbal, bready and flowery notes. Its sharp taste is dominated by hoppiness and ends with a long and robust bitter finish. I suspect the use of some English hops, which is unusual for a Pilsner. Nevertheless, this is a wonderful product. Cheers!

Crisp gold. lasting thin white head. APA-like aroma with a hint of warm spice. Different for style. A touch heavier malt and a not delicate peppery spice.
