poured a copper-orange with a lovely puffy off white cap. Aromas of ferns, herbs, wood, musty sweet Munich malt. Slick mouthfeel...sweet without cloying, malty, herbal and a nice bready finish...what a great Octoberfest. Wunderbar

Bottle. Amber-brown color with a tan head that disappears quickly. Good lacing. Strong carbonation. Aroma of sweet malt. and a rather thin body. Flavours of roasted malt, toffee and or caramel. Very enjoyable.

Vibrant deep orange in colour with a powerful aroma of freshly milled malted grains. This one has a very potent malty flavor whose sweetness is balanced out by some roasted and bready accents, and the slightest hint of floral hops. Good stuff. Thanks Lubiere!

Strong wheat aroma, really spicy taste and palate. Malt flavor. First oktoberfest beer, and not the last one.

Hazy amber body with thick beige frothy head. Decent malty aroma with roasty and spicy notes. There are also some Golding hops hints, which is unusual for a Märzen. Its hoppy/roasty/woody taste is definitely the one of an English Bitter. It ends with a nice bitter finish. Despite its lack of conformity to the Märzen style, I really like it.

Malt aroma, has a hint of chocolate here too. Copper, with a very large tan head. Spicey malt flavour, almond and plenty of hops, extra nice woodiness. Medium bodied, well balanced, quite dry. Really good.

Deep gold to brown beer with a thick yellowish head. Roasted malt aroma with some cholorine. Deep malt and caramle licorice and typical german hops. Nice offering. Tasted at Chambly fest.

341ml brown bottle. Deep orange brown, thin layer of tan head. Caramel, woody aroma, (very light smoke?). Flavour is strongly malt dominated - dark malts, toasted malts and caramel malts are there. Lingering malt finish, slight nutty character, roasted malt tang as well. Not exactly what I had in mind for an Oktoberfest/Marzen but I’d definately drink more of this.
