Bottle as part of the mixed-case offered by LTM. Pours a beautiful hazy deep red-orange with a dense tan head that leaves fine early lace. Nutty caramel aroma and flavour, some toast and soft marzipan notes in the finish. Mild bitterness. A very nice vienna.

Pours a dark red-brown, with a minimal white head. Aromas of toasted malts and caramel Tastes of toasted malts, sweet caramels, with some nut and spice flavours in the background. Overall slightly above average but not a stand out in anyway.

341ml brown bottle 09-08-28 : Deep amber, close to brown in color, solid head on the pour but quickly disappear. Some lacing. Pleasant nose, a touch of caramel, dark fruits. Medium body, some roasted note in the finish low bitterness, some spices (hops) Nice session beer.

Pours a dark caramel colour. The head is small and short lived. Aroma is simple, yet nice. Caramel, nuts and a touch of yeast. It tastes very nutty with biscuit up front as well. It tastes like a good liquid scone. Caramel, roasted malt and a hint of spice from the hops. Mouth feel is pleasant. Like a lagered ESB.Decent.

Poured out a large off white cap of moderate thickness, simmers to light coverage, small amounts of slippery lacing, clear copper brew. Big, rich roasted aromas are everywhere, I was surprised at the strength of this brew upfront. Caramel and biscuit, dark fruit nose that reminds me of fruit leather... is there any hops at all to be found? Very rich flavours of roasted malts, caramel and biscuit, that tang of the fruit is more available to enjoy than when cold, dark fruit (maybe those black plums), background candy. Weak bitterness comes through at the back of the sip, vanishes and then resurrects itself early in the after taste. Finishes quite nice. I’d drink this again.

Pours copper red. Thin head on it.Strong aroma of Vienna malt. The flavour is rich and fruity, malty and sweet. With a slightly citrus hop finish. I think this is a very good beer.

Tap at Vices et Versa. Deep amber beer, thick head. Aroma is heavily caramelized with a bit of brown sugar, burnt sugar and light treacle. It doesn’t actaully come across overly sweet but it is fairly complex. A sweet, malty fish with a light spicy hoppiness in back. Pretty nice brew really.
