HUGE head as im pouring, it wont stay down no matter how sloly i pour the beer. As i examine, its a dark red beer, a nice amber color, and we got some floaters! Aroma right off the bat is very malty. Loads of caramel malt, some slight fruit, like apples, and pears, and some yeasty notes. Flavour is a tab hoppy, and also sour, i think this beer is on its last legs, it not spoiled, but its very close. There are some sour grainy notes.......not sure i can finish this. Nope, i cant GoLdFiNgEr (83), La Pocatière, Quebec, Canada

Bière brouillée et orangée.
Bonne gazéification, fait penser auz blanches.
Arrière goût déplaisant à la finale.
Manque d’équilibre....

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 14, 2008 Bottle from trip to Montreal. Clear dark orange with a small beige head. Aroma is light and sweet, with notes of toasted malt, caramel and some wet grain. Medium bodied. Average flavour of light caramel malt and fruit, with a subtly hopped finish. Like their "Lager Blonde", this is an average, inoffensive lager. rodenbach99 (708), Longueuil, Quebec, Canada

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 21, 2007 Bottle. Pours a clear bubbly orange-amber with an average size somewhat-lasting foamy off-white head. Aroma of grain, caramel malt and toffee. Flavour of caramel malt, some sweet fruit, light hops and a decent bitter finish. Average bodied. It’s O.K. but it’s not really my thing. dkoonce (899), People’s Republic of Athens, Ohio, USA

Some ffarmhouse like character, in addition to a dominant malt profile. Quite a decent beer. dwyerpg (2553), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 6, 2007 Very malty aroma, a little cream. Not bad, a good balance in flavor, with just a little funk in the finish. Sits kind of weird, but decent enough.
