No, not awful at all to me. High quality rendition of this style I really like, with a beautiful copper color and an enjoyable intense leafy and slightly citrusy hopping. Sweet and fruity notes. Somehow oily mouthfeel (abundance of hop result?) and a long great aftertaste. I like this a lot but it is a little expensive but, again, why pay less in life?... Good job again, you Mousquetaires! cfrancis (358), Gloucester, Ontario, Canada

A nice floral hops aroma with notes of menthol and pine tree. In mouth, a classy ale with crisp malts, floral pinhey hops, lighter bodied, but quite superb. The body is light with an oily texture and gentle carbonation. A good assertive APA. Miguel (1181), Saint-Ours, Quebec, Canada

Aroma of citrus hops with some well balanced caramel malt. Taste is also dominated by bitter and citrus hops with a nice caramel malt backbone. Good carbonation with no apparent presence of hops. Very well done with great drinkability factor. Eructoblaster (1510), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada

Pleasant, well balanced malty/hoppy aroma with spicy and oaky hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries oaky notes and ends with a decent bitter finish. Good example of American Pale Ale.
