| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 22, 2009 Lightly hazed dark golden liquid with nice bubble formation and a glowing head of cream colored bubbles. Herbal notes atop a light pale malt. Perhaps a hint of must. No strong scents, but balanced and quite pleasing. Lightly sweet and a bit more must, that really seems to give this one cellar flavor. Pale malts meet with a more herbal hops. Lively palate. I’m not quite right with the continued mustiness, but still a very nice kellerbier. punkska101 (111), Chambly, Quebec, Canada

Solid head at first then it dissipate slowly. Lacing is good. Straight out of the fridge the nose is floral and hop is up front. The smell is inviting. As it warms a bit, the nose become candy but behind I get a weak grape juice aroma. Finally first sip...it’s crisp refreshing just like a pils should be, the finish is bitter but not too long. Body is on the thin side but close to med. Very nice offering from these guys. cfrancis (349), Gloucester, Ontario, Canada
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 9, 2009 Trois Mousquetaires come through again. Aroma is sweet candy like, with hops and yeast. Pours a slightly cloudy golden yellow. Taste is barely, sweet hop and a malty aftertaste. I really nice sit and sip beer. I’m beginning to really like this brewer! fredandboboflo (1417), East Setauket, New York, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 22, 2009 Bottle, seemingly a touch on the aged side. Aroma of light banana and clove, lots of cereals, grassy and leafy hops. Flavor continues to have lots of cereals with strong bitter hop character. A touch of cardboard reveals its age, and perhaps kept this from being stellar for me, but was still very much enjoyable. LilBeerDoctor (1530), East Setauket, New York, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 20, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy light orange with a small, thick white head. Aroma of skunk and sweet lager malt. Flavor of sweet lager malt, some stale malt, with some spices (peppery) and some lavender. Not a great kellerbier, but perhaps it would be better a little fresher? Still drinkable and enjoyable.

Nice pour, clean and lively, somewhat darker than I’d expected. Tremendously crisp aroma of yeast and dry hops, a lovely earthy bouquet that is very appealing (berries and hard cheese to go with, anyone?). Soft but abundant carbonation, very full mouthfeel, it’s almost like a sipper keller, improbably. Full flavor with a slight tang and a leafy finish. Very well done. thornecb (1805), Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 16, 2009 Pours deep gold into a stein. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Sweet cookie aromas. Sweet malts upfront turning to bitter hops in the dry, lasting finish. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Nov 10, 2009 Hazy golden pour with a thick white head. The nose is lightly crackery and a bit sweet with a distinct autolyzed yeast component. A little bit of honey and some crackery base malt as well. Meh, this seems to have been good once, but it’s well past it’s prime.
