200 ml bottle, bought the cider house September 21, 2009. Light yellow, slightly oily. Aroma of apple very sweet, liquor flavored tart fruit. Taste of apple pie slightly spicy, not too sweet, sour and warming. A Bouque of delicious apples!

Oct 4, 2009 Bottle shared by ygtbsm94 on 7/26/09: Pours a transparent bright golden with good legs. Aroma of sweet fruity apples and tart crisp citrus balance and a touch of caramel toffee. Starts with nice viscous sweetness and green apple fruitiness with good tart acidity and a rich sweet finish. An enjoyable and well-balanced ice cider with nice complexity.

Jul 26, 2009 (200ml bottle, thanks ygtbsm94) Still, clear apple juice body with slight viscosity. Aroma is moderately sweet, tart apple, light cinnamon. Taste is sweet, apple juice, some tartness, light cinnamon. Sticky medium-full body, light alcohol.

Apr 7, 2008 Bottle from Puzzl. Nice amber hue with wonderful color, almost looks like whiskey. The liquid coats the glass. Aroma is some alcohol, very sweet apple, a little bit of a spice to it. Taste is tart and very rich with apples, then light hints of clove and nutmeg come across. Really quite amazing, wonderful stuff here.

Nov 1, 2007 200ml bottle from the cidery, 200ml, shared with feedmec00kies, mkobes, eyedrinkale. Also had a couple samples on location. This stuff is fantastic. Richest apple, licorice, cinnamon nose. Unbelievably juicy, rich, tart, thick apple taste. Powerful clove, rum and whiskey. Deep complexity. Every sip gets better and better and reveals new strengths and flavors. Glad I have another bottle. Next time I’m in Montreal I’ll certainly be stopping by to buy more!
