500ml bottle, of which I drank about 100ml. Thick, leggy yellow pour. No carbonation, though tiny bubbles affix themselves to the side of the glass. Sweet, appley aroma, not huge like an ice cider but mellow and decently complex. Taste starts off sweet but the maple syrup drips in halfway through and makes a surprisingly dryish finish, with almost a funky feeling to the maple sugar. Not too drinkable but has a great body to it, similar to ice cider. Very enjoyable, and a great one for guests.

Dégusté sur place. Couleur jaune pale. Arome extrèmement légé d’érable et de pomme. Le n’est pas fort, ni sucré. Je comprent pourquoi que la dégustatriste m’avait di que c’était bon avec du dessaire, s’a ne tombe pas sur le coeur.
