Commercial Description:
Our lightest beer, a golden colored, aromatic, top fermented brew that is light in body but not on the palate. It is brewed with pale malts and 10% malted white wheat in 'Kolsch' style to produce a clear, delicate and refreshing character beer.

Bottle. On the pour this beer produces ridiculous amount of head. I guess it is a reference to the old faithful geiser. Once it calms down the aroma is lightly malty, hint of peach and lemon. Body is golden with a slight cloudiness. Tastes like an ale mixed with a lager. Has a watery mouthfeel, finishes dry and crisp. Got the beer from Beer Across America and not sure of freshness. Taste seems tainted like a dirty glass, or as if I am drinking from a can. Wish I could try a draught to see if this is normal.

Pours a slightly hazy yellow with no head. Lightly sweet malt aroma with notes of honey, pear, apple and just a hint of hops. Flavor is slightly bready , hint of light fruit, and a pronounced hop bittering. Kind of an odd flavor profile that doesn’t quite work for me. Body is fairly thin.
