Its dress is brown. it is necessary to be delicate to pour it. When one goute, the coriande is very present for it. That gives an impression of freshness. In front of a chimney, quite relaxed, it is divine... Congratulations JoeinUccle (911), Brussels, Belgium

Dark amber brown, not opaque. Aroma of caramel, cinnamon, and is that licorice? Lovely, midly sour acidity like sparkling white grape juice. Maybe a touch of citrus and cider, stronger in finish. Damn tasty. MartinKubert (862), Copenhagen, Denmark

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 13/20 | Jan 6, 2006 Chestnut brown with a good off-white head. Aroma is yeasty with some liquorice and caramel. This is reflected in the rich flavours, which is also somewhat herbal. The spices (or the yeast?) makes the beer drier, balancing the rich liquorice sweetness. Full-bodied, medium carbonation. An extraordinary Wallonian amber ale. rauchbier (3003), Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, England

Hazy chestnut, thin cream coloured head and gentle condition. Sweet malt and piney, peppery hop aromas. Sweet and chalky in the mouth with pleasant spicy corriander and peppery hops. Lingering sweet spiciness in the finish. Name means Christmas Wheelbarrow, apparently.

Dark ruby, good tanned head. Nose has chocolate, berries and a bit of brandy. Very carbonated. Chocolate, roast, roast and hints of metal in the flavor. Sweetish aftertaste.
