Lightly sourish, quite spicy nose, spicy bread/gingerbread, cypress. Lightly smoked taste, very light acidity with background spices. Sweetish-sourish, very little or no bitterness, despite the spices. Slightly spritzy, restrained slickness, light to medium bodied. Remarkable. All signs indicate an undeniable infection. And yet - I must confess to be rather taken in it. Thanks to Ignace for the bottlewatch! BoBoChamp (1350), Gent, Belgium

After some reflexions, yes in fact the bitter orange barks give this characteristic taste. Although it is drunk easily, it is necessary to be wary of these 8° bus although discrete, after some glasses, they are pointed out. A very pleasant artisanal beer.
