Tea colored with a nice head. Hoppy aroma. Smooth and creamy. Hoppy flavor, a little too much for me.

Accuse me of being partial, like with Kennebec Brewing, but I was impressed with this brewer in general and this beer specifically. Amber color with thin white head. Smells slightly hoppy. Tastes mostly like bananas. Sweet with hints of hops and a light body. Tasty and refreshing. Definitely something I WILL be getting again!

Aroma is dingy hops and musty cellar. Perhaps they don’t use the freshest hops here. Thin, tangy mouthfeel, unfilitered gold color. Taste is similar to Andrew’s EPA up here, but the construction of this brew is much more rough. The beer would be great if they could use fresh hops to get rid of the metallic dingy flavors.

Draught pint at brewpub. Bubb;y golden color with a small white head. Nose is light hops, some grassy/hay/corn nights. Flavor is mostly water with some mettalic notes and bits of yeast.

Draught pint at the brewpub on 4/14/06
Mildly hazy golden, dull bronze body with a fair amount of white head that his fairly to poorly retained and only creating bits of lacing.
Dry, herbal hops are bogged down in water and astringent, husky grains, as lightly metallic notes waft up, mixing with heavy yeast blandness and limpid soily notes.
Flavor is perhaps the most over-attenuated/poorly extracted of the beers I’d tried while there, with almost zero malt sweetness, certainly no comforting substance. Medium carbonation, no alcohol, heavily grainy and heavily watery with damp, mossy, soily and nearly metallic notes left over from the over-active yeast. Some light fruitiness, dry apple skins I suppose. Watery texture.
