A mildly citrusy golden beer that tasted like bud crashed into a lemon truck. A good hot weather beer to enjoy outside, but not a stand alone, relaxing beer. If you want to try a beer outside the big producers but a timid in your taste buds, then this would be a good place to start. I prefer darker beers anyway and found this beer lackin in character.

(Draft: Liberator Brewing in Troutdale, OR) Mildly sweet, grainy and lightly bitter, this beer is as easy drinking as the Oregon summer day is long. The nose is very grainy, and well, that’s about it. Light bodied. Straw color, somewhat hazy in appearance, with a short-lived whitish head that manages to leave some strands of lace on the glass. Generic golden ale, not something I’d try again.

Gold with a creamy head and lacing. Yeasty aromas with some lemons and musky malts. Floral hops. Slighlty bitter flavors with some lemons and almost a sour note. Husky. Lightly fluffy palate with a ctirus finish.

Tap. Pale, a bit hazy. Minty aroma that translates into the flavor as effervescence. Not bad for something from a brewpub that calls itself a "golden ale".

Pale golden color with moderate carbonation & light lacing, no head. The aroma is lightly hoppy with some malts. The flavor has a good body balance with the malts & hops. Finishes watery. A basic golden, no apparent blatent faults.

Dark yellow with a tacky topping. Malty and gristy. Koelschy but with a sourmash bitterness that spoils it.

Well, golden color. A little creamy. Some hops noticable but not much. Everyone makes one of these, they all taste the same.
