Liberty Lincoln Street Wheat

Draught in Columbia. Pours a light gold, not really cloudy. The aroma is faint and corny with light citrus notes and papery, woody hops. This is a pretty light beer with minimal European hops and slight citrus flavor. It’s rather crisp, but after half a glass I feel a building, sugary finish.

Draft (Columbia). Orange, lemon and wheat malt aroma. Clear orange yellow color with small head and light effervescense. Dry lemon mustiness and wheat malt flavor - mouthfeel and flavor like a Saison. When I ordered this, I expected a filtered version of their unfiltered wheat beer but was pleasantly surprised - a very nice and unusual beer - a dry American wheat.
