TorgurOH (1), USA does not count Jul 10, 2009 Great Beer. I found this at a local brewery near my college. Don’t let the name fool you, it doesn’t taste fruity. If it’s on tap when you stop by you will not be disappointed. NachlamSie (1630), Tennessee, USA Aug 21, 2008 Draught. Why do I do this to myself? Pours a cloudy straw color, thankfully not pink, with good head retention. The aroma is of crackers, grains, light raspberry. Taking a sip reveals much of the same with a "dirty" finish. Thankfully, the raspberry is not overdone. That said, this is still not a favorite of mine. It’s a combination of an American wheat and raspberry which, in my book, is tantamount to a combination of a root canal on Tax Day. bubbleflubber (885), Collinsville, Virginia, USA Dec 30, 2007 On tap at Liberty... brewed under the alias of "Very Jerry Wheat". Pours reddish-amber and clear, with a diminished head and the slightest ring lace of suds follows the brew down the glass. There are some fruit notes (nondescript, but we’ll say raspberry), and nothing to write home about. As the beer warms, wheat does come through more prominently, though. Tart citrus accompanies light wheat notes, with an unfortunate plastic finish. This seems to be the result of hopping. The mouthfeel is clean and crisp, cutting heavy meal flavors on the palate. By itself, however, it’s not a standalone standout. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 12/17/2006

jon112981 (327), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA May 13, 2007 Tap. Fruity and wheaty flavor. Light golden color. Very faint raspberry finish. Not bad. If you are a fan of lighter tasting beers this will be right up your alley. Ron (1000), Rochester, New York, USA Feb 24, 2007 Yea, I could really smell them raspberries. The light raspberry flavor was good too. I liked it. scraff (1921), Baltimore, Maryland, USA Aug 27, 2006 Hazy straw with pinkish tones, thin white head. Nose had very weak notes of raspberry, wheat, and citrus. Flavor was light tangy wheat and raspberry, with just a faint hint of hops in the background. Light bodied, soft carbonation, light fruity finish. I suppose if you were very hot and need to chug something that was a notch up from water.... argo0 (6861), Washington DC, USA Jul 23, 2006 Hazy straw body with white head. Aroma is medium sweet, raspberry, light lemon. Taste is medium sweet, raspberry soda. Watery light body, light acidity.
