At myrtle beach. Aroma is quite spicy, like lots of cinnamon or something. Cloudy iced tea appearance. Taste also is really spicy, overides any beer flavor which may be present. Cinnamon, cinnamon, cinnamon. Cinnamon finnish.

Sampler @ Liberty: Murky brown pour. Fragrant and spicy of cinnamon stick, nutmeg, and candied oranges. Unfortunately, there was barely any carbonation and this tasted like a potpourri-molasses syrup.

murkey dark amber, fine beige head, nice lace, light spiced aroma with a hint of ginger, spiced malt flavor, ginger and cinamon stand out but the spices are all well blended with the robust malt base, nice sweetness, light bitterness, the cinamon take control as it warms but stays really well blended

Growler courtesy of kp sampled on 1/4/07: Pours a dark amber mahogany with a thin, wispy off-white head. Aroma of earthy grainy dark caramel malt with some mild grapefruity hops. Body starts with some doughy bready earthy dark caramel sweetness turning more bitter and slightly tart with hints of diacetyl toward the finish.

Growler. the beer poured an almost clear very dark copper color with a small off-white head. It had a fruity aroma with notes of grapes and apples. Sweety fruity malt flavor with light notes of roasted malt and chocolate. Light spicey notes toward the end of the flavor. Dry bitter finish.
