Commercial Description:
A lower-alcohol, easy drinking beer with plenty of malt character and very low hop presence. It has been said about this style that it "looks dark, but tastes light".

On tap at the brewpub. Pours brown with an off-white head. Aroma is a simple light roastiness. Flavor is medium-bodied with lots of roastiness, coffee, and toasty biscuit. Creamy flavor profile. Flavors are restrained as suggested by the "Mild" in the name, but the flavors here are really good.
