Aroma is of spicy hops and a bit of citrus. Flavor combination turns out something very much like a Belgian yeast strain, with a strong clove sensation on top of the spicy and citrusy hops and some very toasty biscuits. Unexpected but very nice flavors. BBB63 (4232), La Porte, Indiana, USA

The nose is RYE BABY!!! Woo Hoo!!! There is also resiny and grassy vapours, some biscuity malts and a hint of mineral water. The taste has an excellent balance of fruity and snappy hops, complimentary malts and solid rye presence, The finish has a bit of a chalky vitamin note however. The mouth feel is lively and aggressive, very refreshing. This was very good and a good start from this new brewery. Tmoney99 (4742), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

Poured hazy amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly diminished with fair lacing. Moderate rye and citrus aroma. Medium body with a thin texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium sour bitter finish of moderate duration.
Met my expectations with a good start and soft finish.
