MiBG Summer Fest 2009, Friday Session: Deep brown with a small fading head. Wow, it smells like Cherry Pie with an Chocolate Mocha Coffee next to it and some toast. The taste has an initial big sweet cherry overtone with a dark malt base. A slight herbal and coffee finish. The mouth feel is smooth and dry, a bit thin but then again this is a second running of the malt so that is to be expected. A solid offering and use of the ingredients. Very much a counter play to the Tart Cherry I had before.
