Jan 5, 2008 This ranks up there with their unfiltered wheat. I love the fruity, spicy aroma with hints of nutmeg. The cloudy appearance that is typical of the wheat beers is beautiful. Great bodiful mouthfeel, lots of body. Great stuff on a hot day.

Sep 17, 2007 Tap (at Columbia’s Liberty). Orange, coriander and malt aroma. Hazy orange yellow color wtih small head. Lightly sweet orange, coriander, and wheat malt flavor with a light bitter finish. An extremely solid witbier.

Jul 20, 2008 Classic style Belgian Witbier. Rife with coriander this wit is full flavored with a slight bitter orange peel snap on the end of the swallow. Nice session summer brew. Only downside is that it is butt ugly. Extremely hazy (characteristic of the style) with very little off-white head. Looks like muddy water. A bit more a maize color than most wits I’ve seen, but still spot on from a flavor profile perspective.

Nov 13, 2006 your typical run of the mill white. Its best described in my opinion like a weak Hoegarden. Keep in mind this still waste a bad brew.

Jul 8, 2006 On vacation in NC we visited the Liberty Steakhouse in Myrtle Beach. Liberty has a wide variety of beers. The white ale was only tasted. The light gold color had a modest head. Wheat beers have never been my favorite. This one was like Blue Moon but better. It had more body and fullness not exp[erienced in Blue Moon.

Sep 2, 2008 Small white head, ok retention with minimal lace. Hazy, gold hued brew. Lightly spicey nose, coriander, vegetal notes and light citrus. Light bodied, watery. Flavors follow suit with the aromas though a tad more pronounced, not much, just a little, clove notes appear. Dry, lightly fruity, spicey finish. Makes Blue Moon look good, DOH!

Jul 11, 2005 Had this last year. Hazy gold pour with aroma of big citrus, coriander, cloves. Tastes citrusy, with some hops and cloves at the finish. Medium palate.

Jan 19, 2009 Sampler @ Liberty Steakhouse: Notes say: I can’t rate this; it’s not beer. Diluted is an understatement. I might be able to deal being underwhelmed by this beer if it was 90 degrees outside, however, this on a brisk day in December is not a good match.
