| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Oct 22, 2009 bottle - dark yellow with white frothy head, moderate lacing. Aroma bubblegum, banana, cloves with just a dash of cinnamon and the faintest hint of warm biscuits. Light citrus-apply (I tend to invent adjectives) taste with a trace of malt, and I concur with delnoche who put his finger on it - there is a hint of walnut as well. Slightly sour finish with just enough bitterness to even it all out. Pleasantly carbonated and very drinkable, Papsoe (14904), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 31, 2009 On tap. Cloudy opaque golden with a dense white head leaving laces. Discreet, lightly sweet banana aroma. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, a little low in carbonation, banana, cloves and a whiff of yeast. 050709 joelitobarski (2), Trento, Italy does not count | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 18, 2009 I’m brand new to this beer tasting malarky, so I may have to return to this particular beer when I’m a wiser man. Still, I’m a big fan of weissbier and I think I should be a fairly decent judge.
Overall, I thought it was an average beer. I’ve definitely had better. It had a very watery taste and colour. Apart from that, there was nothing particularly wrong with it - but it didn’t exactly stand out. The aroma was pleasing, but it always is with weissbier.
This was a beer that did nothing wrong, but still failed to impress. drowland (1402), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

Nice and light, this hefe lacked any lemon flavors, but there was a load of wheat with very slight honey. BeerBitch12 (16), , Oklahoma, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 1/20 | Jul 20, 2009 To me, the aroma was very light, very wheaty, with just a touch of sweet in the nose.
Nice, hazy light golden in color with a fluffy, frothy, creamy white head.
Was thinking it was going to be sour and hoppy, but it wasn’t. It was like drinking a cloud. Soft and easy to drink, glides right down your throat, leaving the smallest and very delightful, hint of sour behind. At the forefront was a bit of sweet to mingle with the wheatiness and the malt and the citrus.
All in all, a new favorite. Not up there with Aventinus or Coop’s DNR, but way better than Icehouse and such.
