pivnizub (3501), Porúří, Germany May 7, 2008 Bügelverschlußflasche: Very clear, very pale (golden) with a bigger, almost rocky white head, light to moderate fruity (apples)-vinous nose with a sherry-like undertone; sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; light (white-)vinous finish with a light acidity. Tastes like a Weißweinschorle (diluted white wine)......
Papsoe (9656), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 10, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear pale golden with a tall and lively white head leaving laces. Unclean, sourish and cardboardish aroma. Light-bodied, watery, tart with a dry finish. Utterly unpleasant. 050608 yespr (5405), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jun 8, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a lacing white head. Slight faul rice aroma. Flavour is citric and flat rice. Ends flat rice flavoured. Terrible bland to disgusting. This is just marginally better than the worst beer I’ve had - and this doesn’t seem to be infected :( joss (3044), Garching b. München, Germany Feb 28, 2008 bottle. Very pale yellow, foamy head. Spicy, citric nose. Very light body, citrus soda. A bit watery, but pleasant refreshing drink, I had worse glutenfree beers. MoritzF (3593), Ruhrpott, Germany May 2, 2006 (swing top bottle) Clear yellow coloured effervescent hue with a mid-sized frothy white head, quickly diminishing. Slightly sweet, slightly tart citrusy aroma. Weird tart and slightly bitter flavour, light bodied, ok carbonated. Almost ascorbic dry and astringent taste. I hope to be never reliant on this gluten-free brew.
