Jun 8, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a lacing white head. Slight faul rice aroma. Flavour is citric and flat rice. Ends flat rice flavoured. Terrible bland to disgusting. This is just marginally better than the worst beer I’ve had - and this doesn’t seem to be infected :(

Feb 28, 2008 bottle. Very pale yellow, foamy head. Spicy, citric nose. Very light body, citrus soda. A bit watery, but pleasant refreshing drink, I had worse glutenfree beers.

May 2, 2006 (swing top bottle) Clear yellow coloured effervescent hue with a mid-sized frothy white head, quickly diminishing. Slightly sweet, slightly tart citrusy aroma. Weird tart and slightly bitter flavour, light bodied, ok carbonated. Almost ascorbic dry and astringent taste. I hope to be never reliant on this gluten-free brew.
