Bottle: Golden, hazy, big white loose head; wheaty-phenolic nose, sweetish, with a very shy fruity background; moderate to robust sweetish flavour, light bodied, soft MF; short sweet-wheaty finish with a very faint tartness in the very end. Rather bland Weizen......

Apr 24, 2008 (swing top bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a big, minimal off-white foamy head. Yeasty, sweet and slightly wheaty nose with distinctive accents of barley malt, accompanied by light fruity notes (apples, banana) and shy phenolic spice. Sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a mellow, almost creamy mouthfeel. Barley- and wheat-malty taste with a restrained fruit-character; medium-dry, sweetish malty and slightly fruity finish. All in all not bad (23.04.08).
