Nov 12, 2009 Wrapped bottle. (Kirekbier). Pours a deep reddish brown. Nice inch high head with a slight pinkish tinge. Head disappears pretty quickly leaving heaps of lacing. Aromas of sour cherries and just a little sweetness. Flavours of sour cherry, sweet malt and plenty of acidity. Nice mouthfeel with slightly mettalic finish. Good beer

Nov 3, 2009 375 ml wrapped Bottle. Hazy burgundy red color with pinkish head. Aroma of tart cherries and cider vinegar.
Flavor of acetic dark cherries with some oak and some hidden caramel malty character. Light to medium body with
fizzy, but soft carbonation. Moderate tart finish. Extremely refreshing.

Oct 27, 2009 I like the bottle, paper wrapped and corked. Pours a hazy red with a nice off white head. Aroma of soar fruits and some oaks. Flavors of sweet and soar cherries, spices, oak and some sugar candy. Low in carbonation and with a creamy taste. Very easy to drink and enjoyable.

Oct 26, 2009 Deep red body with a minimal pink head that disappears quickly. Smell is of tart cherries with sugar. Taste is also tart cherries but I got hints of chocolate in the background. Medium carbonated fruity mouthfeel. Very good and unexpected. Would drink again.

Pours a hazy reddish body with a small pink head.
Aroma is sweet with notes of cherries, marzipan, a little caramel and vinegar.
Its quite sweet flavoured as well, with notes of cherries, rock candy and a hint of oak.
A little to sweet but nice.
