Reminded me of the Frambozenbier; lots of fruit, sherbert sweeness, but with a more yeasty finish. What distinguishes this beer is its sourness, not overly tart but a nice cherry flavour that hits the tounge. A very nice drink, smooth and fruity, but with that tartness in the mouth. | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Mar 5, 2007 Nice red color. Light cherry flavor - not nearly as strong as the Quelque Chose. Carbonation is light but plays nicely on the tongue. Cherry flavor mingles with the sourness very well. I really enjoyed it. faroeviking (6100), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands

Aroma is mostly sour cherry, but there is also a sweetness similar to cake icing. Flvour is similar to the aroma, with the cherries dominating, but also a little sweetness to offset.
