(375ml bottle, best by 9/07) Small pink head atop clear, deep pink-red body. Aroma is moderately sweet, strong raspberry, light raspberry astringency. Taste is moderately sweet, raspberry, raspberry soda, light tartness. Light stickiness, light-medium body. Truly, this could pass for a soda, which, depending on your proclivities, could be a good thing. Much better than their peach.

Pours a five finger pillowy pink head that fades quickly leaving no lace. Cloudy amber/red color. Good carbonation and medium bodied. Strong raspberry nose. Starts sweet but not cloying, strong raspberry flavor which masks any malts or hops, clean finish. Non-beer drinkers would like this. $4.50 for a 375ml bottle from Liquid Solutions Tigard, Or.

BottlePours a slightly hazy deep crimson with a small but lasting light pink head. Awsome thick clingly lacing. Aroma id strong, up front raspberry. Sweet but a bit soapy or perfumy. Extract. Flavor is also sweet and very srong fruity. Cherry, raspberry and that perfumy soap that is on your gramas sink you have to use when you visit on summer vacation. Too bad too cuz I love these psudo-lambic/fruit beer/pancake syrup things. Soft very fine carbonation. Creamy somoth feel. Probly from the soap....

(Bottle, 2005 vintage) Pours a ruby body with a small white head. Strong aroma of raspberries with a bit schnapps-like notes. Flavor of candish raspberry and corn syrup. Sticky mouthfeel.

Similar to the Kriek in appearance, slightly deeper in color with the same pink head. This is reminiscent of alka seltzer mixed with one of those Emergen - C packets. Some nice mineral notes in the flavor, dry with with some musty fruit flavors, well balanced and and tart.

Bottle: Red color, pink head. Nose of dry raspberry powder and vitamin C. The flavor is tart with a sweet fruity dry note. The finish is balanced, but this has no depth of flavor. Just basic sweet fruity character and no complexity. I emphasize tart, not sour.

Almost seems like a raspberry soda, pours with a pink head, quite carbonated, sweet. I liked it, just have to be in the mood for it.

Pour is pinkish purple with a slightly purple head...smell is dry and funky at first, then sour and raspberry...taset is sweet with juice and artificial sweetner...some raspberry I guess, but maybe just because they tell me it is there...
